Individual, Couples, and Family Therapy
I am a doctoral student -level therapist, my specialties include, internal conflict, existential crisis, grief, spirituality, life transitions, major depression, and family/marital conflict. I work with your inner self as a reflection of your external path and current relationships. My role is to provide a safe space as a neutral ally for the uncovering of what may be unconscious to you or possibly difficult to talk about.
I am a graduate student historian-philosopher, an eclectic soul, and lover of truth.My theoretical framework includes psychoanalysis, psychodynamic counseling, and object relations therapy. I am trained in systems theory and psychoanalytic approaches; therefore, I also work with couples and families to cultivate communication, work through conflict, and develop greater intimacy.
Interventions may include, hypnotherapy, dream interpretation, guided meditation, and free association. I look forward to the possibility of working with you!

Treatment Philosophy
I am an insight-oriented therapist, the cultivation of self-knowledge is my underlying philosophy. Therefore, I do not push obvious advice or force you to think a certain way. I assist you in gaining awareness of how your prior and present life impressions are influencing your perspective and relationships. I help you to develop the knowledge to understand as a means to alleviating unsettling conditions. I work as well in a relational capacity for couples and families. In this setting, you are able to come to a greater understanding together which enhances communication and compassion.
